Record proofs were sent to the executive board for final design approval.
They rarely leave the record company buildings. This is the only official record proof for AC/DC I have ever heard of on the market.

The proof is full-size and shows the proposed LP front and back cover as well as the cassette cover. Folded along the LP cover spine, probably standard procedure.
Since this one is not in their files, it might be a rejected version. I no longer have the LP to compare it against.

Printed on cardboard similar to (or same as) used for the album covers.
