Terms and Conditions:
1) This is my personal collection; I have only one copy of most items.
2) All sales are final. I will not back out once the final total is agreed to.
If you back out or fail to send payment, I will not do business with you again.
Make sure questions are answered before you commit to send payment.
Important: I do not consider an item to be reserved/ordered until I have received assurance that money is on the way. (Some exceptions made for repeat customers.)
For fastest order processing, please provide the
following information when making an order: Full name (first/last), US State or
non-US country you wish me to ship to. For fastest service, provide your full
mailing address and any shipping preferences.
PAYMENT:
* Prices are given in US$.
* "offers (#)" denotes the item is up for offers. The # is the highest offer I
have received or a minimum starting point for offers. As soon as I receive an
acceptable offer, I sell the item.
3) Payment Methods
(PayPal available on a case-by-case basis. Details will be worked out at time of
order.)
US orders: For your protection, a check or PayPal is preferred. For my protection, PayPal is only available to "CONFIRMED" US addresses or for some return customers. Money Orders, cash, and Cashier's Checks also accepted.
4) International orders: Payment must be a Cashier's Check, IMO
(International Money Order) or Postal Money Order payable in USD. Send cash at
your own risk. I have never had problems with international mail, but use of
"registered" mail is still highly recommended. PayPal available on an
individual basis for some orders from return customers only. Registered mail
required on PayPal orders.
** Important notice to international customers: Citibank has a program
where they send a "bank draft" internationally. Some buyers have told me they
purchased an IMO. At my end, it looks like a balance transfer. I will accept the
bank draft, but there will be a 2-week delay while payment clears.
5) Personal checks require at least 4 business days to clear. All payments must
clear before shipment.
6) Money orders require no time to clear. US money orders must be drawn on a
national bank or agency (no state or city banks).
POSTAGE:
NOTE: Postage costs are estimates. Exact postage is
calculated at time of shipment.
7) US only: Insured shipment (optional): Write for up-to-date costs.
8) Postage: US orders shipped via Priority Mail (1-day service). If desired, add
$1 per box for 12" LP or $2 for 7" single box
(limited quantities).
US: 1-3 12" discs: $6; add
50c each additional.
limit of 6 disks w/o covers (such as picture discs) or 5 LPs with
covers per box unless 12"x12" box used.
1-6 7" discs: $6; add 50c each additional.
limit of 8 disks per box unless 7"x7" box ordered
1-5 rolled posters: $9.50 (includes $3.50
for sturdy mailing tube);50c each additional up to 8. Maximum storage of
8 posters per tube.
For quality, the suggested limit is 5 posters per tube.
Subway-sized posters: add $2.00 for special mailing tube.
Due to recent rate increases by USPS,
I now offer shipment via Pacel Post and (when available) Media Rate for lower
cost. Some items will incur additional Packaging costs if not shipped via
Priority Mail. I will email costs at time of order confirmation.
Each priority mail box can hold the above stated amount (6 lps, 8 singles,
or 5 posters). Above postage is per box.
all other postage will be handled on an individual basis for now.
9) All packages will be shipped within 1 week after payment clears, most ship
the next day. International: Unless otherwise requested, shipments go via
Airmail when possible. This is usually the cheapest, timely shipment method. LP
and Singles orders usually require purchase of special boxes listed above.
10) COD is available on US orders over $150, but I will charge $10 for my time
(plus UPS and COD costs of course). Pre-payment of COD postage and handling cost required.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
I'm just one guy; I process orders as my schedule allows (at least once per
week).
This is a first-come-first-served sale.
Asking questions about an item is NOT ordering it. I only have one of most items. If someone else attempts to order while you are asking questions, I will give you one chance to place an order before I accept the other offer. In that case, prompt payment is mandatory to secure the order.
